About Event

PROGRAM is a new code-along workshop series, focused on learning about the frontiers and foundations of software. PROGRAM events are centred around programming frameworks, new primitives, and open source projects.

PROGRAM 04 is about MODEL CONTEXT PROTOCOL, or MCP. MCP is a relatively protocol created by Anthropic. Since its a protocol, the best way to illustrate its potential is to have people show how they’ve implemented it, and then get everyone to build something using it that’s useful for their context.

PROGRAM 04 will be unlike the other PROGRAM events - much more interactive, much more productive, and should feel like an evening hackathon.

We'll be joined by a number of builders and founders using MCP in different ways, and how they're thinking of the collective potential of more things connected to the ecosystem.
