Innovative, young, and ambitious, Generation Z is ready to make an impact on the world. But they are far different from past generations, and business leaders need to adjust their workplace practices to help this new group of workers succeed.
The COO Forum is excited to welcome Rohin Shahi to our August Presenter Series. Rohin currently serves as Growth Engineer at Magical and is a recent graduate of Duke University. Rohin's company, Magical, designed a productivity app using AI to speed up repetitive tasks as you work.
While studying at Duke, Rohin wrote a book entitled The Z Factor: How to Lead Gen Z to Workplace Success. It's a quick, easy read and centers around a generation that many professionals don’t fully have on their radar.
Gen Zers, born in 1997-2012, are bringing unique skills, values, and mindsets to the workplace. Rohin noticed that many think Gen Zers are simply “millennials on steroids.” As a Gen Zer himself, he wanted to shed light on a generation that has been largely mislabeled and stereotyped.
If you are curious about this newest group of workers, and want to create a welcoming, sustainable, and growth-oriented culture for the next generation of workers, this is a must-attend session. Bring your questions and expect a lively conversation!
If you would like to pre-read his book, you can download it for free on Kindle or three bucks otherwise!
