Mend in Public- Stitch and Bitch

​Greetings! Fashion Revolution India invites you to a new edition of Mend in Public: Stitch and Bitch! Join us for a unique event where you can mend in a fun and social setting. Bring your torn jeans, missing buttons or unraveling seams and enjoy the company of fellow menders. Take a seat, grab your needle and thread, mend and mingle with fellow menders! 

​When: 6th May, 2025. Tuesday. 

​Where: Writer’s Cafe, Taramani. 

​Time: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Things to keep in mind:

• ​You absolutely do not need to be experienced with sewing or embroidery. We’ll guide you through the process. 

• ​Please bring any item of clothing / accessory that you feel needs mending or if you just want to give it a fresh look.

• ​We encourage you to bring in scrap trims like laces, buttons, beads that you may have lying around with no use for, but it is optional.

Anybody who owns clothes!

What do you bring to the table?
Any piece of clothing that you want to mend or just give a fresh look to!

A very unique one-of-a-kind piece of your own clothing that you’ve added a personal touch to!
