If you don't have a full business plan in place or if you aren't on track to reach your goals for the year, this class with a workshop finale is for you! We will be walking through how you can create a customized business plan to reach your personal and financial goals over the next 12 months. You will leave with a personalized business plan that meets your specific goals, fits into your schedule, and aligns with your personality style, which we will create together in a workshop style setting at the end of the class.
Here is what we will cover:
How to determine the metrics you need to hit to reach your financial goals (conversations had, appointments set, appointments held, clients signed, clients under contract, and clients closed).
How to reach your weekly conversation goal by working within your database and/or adding in new lead sources
Identifying which lead generation sources will work best for you based on your schedule and personality style
How to create a lead generation plan that meets your goals
Putting everything together to create your annual business plan!
Please note, the Economic Model and Lead Generation Model will be covered during today's session. The only two models that will not be taught today are the Budget Model and the Organizational Model.
