​Robin Lim is an Assistant Professor of Business and Director of Strategic Initiatives & Partnerships at Asbury University’s Dayton School of Business. Originally from Sydney, Australia, he brings over 15 years of experience as a global banking executive and ministry leader. Robin was the Global Head of Home Lending products at the National Australia Bank where he was accountable for over $300 billion worth of assets across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. Robin has held directorships on the board of Advantedge Financial Services for over 5 years, Australia's largest non-bank lender.  

​Robin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Information Technology from The Australian National University, an M.Div from Asbury Seminary. He now teaches courses at the intersection of faith, leadership, and global business. Passionate about marketplace theology, Rob equips students to integrate their faith with purpose-driven work in the business world.
