About Event

This interactive workshop provides participants with an overview of a four-phase Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and explores how to integrate co-creation into the change management process. Participants will gain insights into designing and implementing transformative strategies that focus on the human experience and foster engagement, collaboration, and innovation. 

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the key principles and benefits of a human-centered approach to transformation. 

  • Learn the four phases of a proven OCM methodology and how they contribute to successful change initiatives. 

  • Identify opportunities for co-creation within the change management process and explore best practices for fostering collaboration and innovation. 

  • Develop strategies for engaging stakeholders and promoting a culture of co-creation throughout the organization. 

About Lisa

Dr. Lisa Palmieri is a seasoned leader and strategist, driving innovation, transformation, and collaboration across a range of industries. With a PhD in Instructional Management & Leadership and over two decades of experience in HR, OD, L&D, and Change Management, Lisa is a trusted advisor to C-Suite leaders and executive sponsors.

In her role as Director of Transformation Design & Consulting at Kyndryl, Lisa leverages her expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and co-creation to design and facilitate collaborative activities that foster creative problem-solving and idea generation. Her expertise lies in developing tailored organizational strategies, cultivating partnerships, and fostering a thriving organizational culture that empowers people and fuels business success. 

Lisa is passionate about unlocking human potential and driving positive change. She is actively engaged in community volunteering and serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Advancing Youth Initiative (AYI). Through her work with AYI, Lisa supports the Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship (PHCSE) and Dominus High School, helping students discover pathways for lifelong success and promoting the importance of quality education for all.
