โ€‹The 4 Cโ€™s of Coworking: Collisions, Collaboration, Connection, and Community

โ€‹๐Ÿ“… Thursday, June 26th, 2025
๐Ÿ•˜ 9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM
๐Ÿ“ LAUFT King East + EVNT by LAUFT

โ€‹As part of Toronto Tech Week 2025, LAUFT invites you to a full-day experience designed to ignite ideas, foster authentic connections, and explore how collisions, coworking, community, and collaboration are reshaping the future of work.

โ€‹This is more than a free coworking day โ€” itโ€™s an invitation to engage with visionaries, change-makers, and community leaders creating purpose-driven workspaces and movements.

โ€‹Whatโ€™s Happening

โ€‹๐Ÿ”“ Open House Coworking (9:00 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM)

โ€‹Come see what flexible work really looks like. Drop in and discover LAUFTโ€™s thoughtfully designed workspace in action. The space will be open and available for free drop ins all day!

โ€‹๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Community Panel Lunch: Rethinking Work, Space & Equity (12:00 PM โ€“ 1:30 PM)

โ€‹Held next door in EVNT by LAUFT, this impactful lunchtime panel will explore how flexibility, equity, and local partnerships can power the next generation of workspaces and the communities around them.

โ€‹Moderated by Stacey Ann Berry, LAUFTโ€™s Director of Government Relations, the panel features:

โ€‹Grace Tallon, Co-Founder of Work Time Revolution, who brings a fresh, systems-thinking approach to how organizations design time, space, and culture. Sheโ€™ll dive into how structured flexibility and inclusive models can unlock true performance and wellbeing at work.

โ€‹Melissa Ellis, Founder & CEO of Nobellum, a pioneering voice in inclusive innovation. Her work creating access for Black founders and building immersive education spaces redefines how we support underrepresented communities in STEM and beyond.

โ€‹Graham Wong, CEO & Founder of LAUFT, who will share the vision behind LAUFTโ€™s people-first workspace model โ€” built not around square footage, but around connection, access, and neighborhood impact. Graham will speak to how LAUFT is transforming real estate into infrastructure for community-led productivity.

โ€‹Ashley Proctor, Executive Director of Coworking Canada and Founder of Creative Blueprint. A global pioneer in the coworking movement, Ashley brings 22 years of experience in placemaking and social purpose real estate. She supports leaders and communities in stewarding inclusive, community-led assets โ€” from creative hubs to resilience centres and coworking spaces โ€” with a focus on equity, access, and long-term impact.

โ€‹This is not just a panel โ€” itโ€™s a conversation about how space becomes a platform for equity, growth, and innovation.

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Lunch is included. Space is limited โ€” arrive early. Sponsored by Pret a Manger.
