✨ Avni is the CEO and founder of Gen She, a media company and fund for 500,000+ women across Instagram, TikTok, a newsletter, a podcast, and a job board. With over 4 years of experience in Big Tech as an engineer and product manager, Avni is now on a mission to unlock the potential of every young woman in entrepreneurship, tech, venture, and media.
✨ Nisha is the co-founder and managing partner of BBG Ventures. BBGV is an early-stage $50M fund leading investments in companies built by female and diverse founders that are building for the polycultural future of America. She also founded BUILT BY GIRLS, a software platform which connected over 20,000 girls and non-binary talent with professionals in technology. Prior to that Nisha was Chief of Staff for the AOL Brand Group, running strategy, operations and special projects across 13 brands and thousands of employees.
✨ Emma is the CEO and co-founder of Diem, a revolutionary social search engine that draws inspiration from the longstanding tradition of women sharing information through conversation. Prior to Diem, Emma led Partnerships at the travel brand, Away, and was Head of Community at the global creator commerce company, Whalar. She has been featured on Forbes’s “30 Under 30” list as well as HuffPost, MSNBC, Girlboss, Inc Mag, Entrepreneur and The Cut.
