My guess is many of you share my frustrations: Going to bed with aches, waking up stiff. The relief of massage is short-lived. I stretch (a lot), but even that often doesn't release tightness.
This workshop is where I'd like to share a simple yet surprisingly effective technique: how to stretch from the inside out.
I will show you how to apply it within different parts of the body, and we will practice together. Then it’s yours to take home! This technique is so subtle you can do it sitting on the train, standing in line, at your desk, during yoga, in the shower, whenever.
Come discover a new kind of stretch for your muscles. And tendons. And fascia. All tissue is soft at the end of the day 🙃

- No exercises involve impact. Anything can be modified to accommodate an injury.
- If you are more than 15min late, please refrain from joining as it will interrupt the flow of the workshop.
