About Event

Wishing your journey maps were landing more impact for your organization or your clients?

Julie Francis has interviewed over 75 journey mappers & stakeholders about their successes, failures, and lessons learned — and discovered the biggest pain point of journey mapping. What’s that? The frustration that lots of time, energy, and money (!) are invested in the creation of journey maps, and then nothing changes.

Want to get rid of it and find out how to make journey maps impactful for your business? Join the event and learn:

  • 5 principles to maximize the impact of your journey mapping.

  • Practical tips to elevate the impact.

  • Best practices of qualitative research for journey mapping, whether you are working with a vendor or conducting your own research in-house.

  • Insights into how to maximize the chances your maps are accepted and acted upon

Whether you are brand new to journey mapping or have lots of mapping experience, you’ll walk away with an understanding of things you can do to maximize the impact of your journey mapping.
