DRep Compensation Community Consultation

​Join us for the first in a series of three virtual workshops focused on shaping the future of DRep compensation in Cardano’s governance. This session, hosted by the Governance Support Working Group of the Cardano Civics Committee, will explore the philosophy behind compensating Delegated Representatives (DReps) and introduce the consultation process guiding this important discussion.

We’re excited to welcome guest speakers, including the authors of the research paper Reward Schemes and Committee Sizes in Proof of Stake Governance, as well as the SeedGov team, bringing an external perspective from beyond the Cardano ecosystem.

Through structured facilitation and interactive Menti voting, participants will engage in open dialogue to align on key principles and expectations for fair and effective compensation. Your input is critical in ensuring that DRep incentives support long-term sustainability and decentralized decision-making.
