Join us for a 50-minute Pilates session designed to refresh and empower your body and mind, followed by an engaging affirmation workshop! Whether you're a beginner or have experience in Pilates, this class is suitable for all levels. Please note that grip socks are required and can be brought from home or purchased at the event.

Pilates Session
Duration: 50 minutes of refreshing Pilates, thoughtfully designed to empower your body and mind. This class is perfect for all levels—whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to the practice! Be sure to bring your grip socks or purchase them at the event.
Note: The Pilates class is limited to just 14 participants.
Post-Event Activities (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
After the Pilates session, immerse yourself in two uplifting workshops:
Affirmation Cards Workshop: Create personalized affirmation cards using blank cards, markers, stickers, and craft supplies. These cards will serve as daily reminders to uplift your spirit or can be shared with friends to inspire them.
Vision Board with Affirmations: Use magazines, scissors, glue, and boards to design a vision board that reflects your dreams and aspirations, infused with affirmations that inspire positive action
Note: Attendees of the post-event activities will enjoy light refreshments while supplies last.
