This 48-hour window allows us to adjust these arrangements and potentially offer your spot to someone who might be on our waiting list, ensuring full tables for meaningful connections.
Q: What happens if I cancel less than 48 hours before an event? A: Unfortunately, if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, you will forfeit the €30 wine tasting fee. Your matchmaking fee remains active regardless of cancellation.
Q: What's the easiest way to cancel my reservation? A: You can cancel through your member profile on our website or app. Simply go to "My Events," find the event you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel Reservation" button.
