While advancements in medical science have led to improved diagnostics and treatments, the saying "prevention is better than cure" holds true, especially in the context of cancer. Research consistently underscores the influential role of lifestyle choices in either mitigating or exacerbating the risk of developing various forms of cancer. 

This World Cancer Day, we will be focusing on the pivotal role that everyday choices in diet, physical activity, and overall lifestyle play in the quest for a healthier and cancer-resistant life.
