About Event
This 5-week series every Wednesday in July is a gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Through guided meditations and weekly themes, we’ll explore the inner terrain of self-regulation, authenticity, subconscious healing, trust, and inspiration.
Each session is a 30-minute reset for your nervous system and spirit—come to one or journey through all five with us.
WEEK ONE: Regulation –Ground into the Moment
Soften into your body and come home to the present moment. Learn simple, powerful ways to calm your nervous system and create inner safety through presence and breath.
