About Event

Join us for the second installment of our practical AI systems series, Shipping Production-Ready Agentic Systems. This session takes aim at one of the most persistent problems in real-world deployment: hallucinations in agentic systems.

We'll explore how hallucinations emerge in planning, tool use, memory, and reasoning—and more importantly, what it takes to design agents that don’t break when it counts.

Whether you're building your first production agent or iterating on battle-tested stacks, this session is for those serious about reliability, observability, and shipping systems that work outside the lab.

What We'll Cover

  • Where and why hallucinations happen in production agents

  • System design and architecture patterns to reduce failure rates

  • Evaluation and debugging strategies from the field

  • Live discussions with fellow builders navigating similar challenges

Format
5:30 PM — Framing Talk (30 min)
From Prototype to Production
Why hallucinations show up and how to design against them as reliability becomes a priority.

6:00–8:00 PM — Unconference (2 hours)
Small-group breakouts and community-led conversations. Bring your war stories and leave with new tools, strategies, and contacts.
