It also brings relaxation, clarity of the mind to help you become more focused, happier, calmer, more peaceful person. Regular practice also alleviates stress and anxiety with less emotional turmoil, also bringing creativity and a sense of purpose, and contentment, deepening spirituality.

​​​​​​When you attend any of my meditation classes you will always have my help support and guidance not just in, class but anytime you need support or question my support is here as a buddhist chaplain. 

​​​​This classes are about building a positive lifestyle for your wellbeing and spirituality. We will cover some basic Buddhist Dharma teaching, exploring different Buddhas and mantras in a simple way. You don't need to be a buddhist to learn meditation! Just a willing mind!
