O objetivo da organização é proporcionar oportunidades para que as pessoas LGBTQ nos negócios encontrem comunidade, identifiquem novas oportunidades no ecossistema tecnológico da América Latina, apoiem melhor os funcionários LGBTQ e lutem por uma maior representação no mundo do empreendedorismo.

TrueColors LatAm is a new nonprofit organization that supports LGBTQ people in entrepreneurship and business in Latin America. The organization's goal is to provide opportunities for LGBTQ people in business to find community, identify new opportunities in Latin America's tech ecosystem, better support LGBTQ employees, and strive for greater representation in the world of entrepreneurship.
