About our speaker - Yaron Inger, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Lightricks, leads a team of over 170 developers and researchers, spearheading the company's technological vision and innovation. His passion for programming began at a young age. At 18, he joined Unit 8200, where he served for five years as a researcher and developer. After completing his military service, Yaron earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. While pursuing a Ph.D., he and his co-founders decided to leave academia and launch Lightricks.
With expertise in computer vision, image processing, and user-centric design, Yaron plays a pivotal role in developing tools that bring cutting-edge technology to everyday users.
Outside of work, he is a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking and exploring new restaurants. He currently lives in London with his spouse and two children.
