​We'll start with relaxing into a cup of Ceremonial Cacao. Ceremonial Cacao and the Mama Cacao Spirit has been used for thousands of years for spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes for inner awakening and creative guidance. It is a natural heart opener & supports you in connecting with your internal love energy.

​We’ll then get comfy for a calming guided meditative journey, gently guiding you to connect with your intuition and inner wisdom. From this deeply connected place, you'll transition into free expression through art. Let your emotions, insights, and creativity flow onto the canvas – no judgment, just pure presence.

​To complete our journey, we'll gather in a supportive sharing circle, creating a beautiful space for genuine connection and reflection on your experience.
