About Event

Please join us at Wellesley Meeting for the annual JHYM Service retreat, which will also double as the 8th grade farewell!

This is a two-night retreat:

Friday night will be full of singing and games.
We will spend Saturday sorting clothing donations for the local community and doing light physical labor at a cat shelter. And yes, there will be time to play with the cats!
Saturday evening we will close with a traditional farewell circle for the 8th graders, at which point they will be presented with their classic, custom-made Quaker Oats Boxes, filled with notes of affirmation from the community. And
Sunday we will clean up and say our goodbyes before joining Wellesley Friends for Worship.

The retreat will be led by Anne, Buddy, Dave, Gretchen, Kara, and Kenzie and food will be provided by Supreme Kitchen Goddess, Wendyl and the Super-duper Sidekick, Cynthia!
