Healthy Girl Happy Hour takes place on the first Wednesday of every month from 5-7PM at True Food Kitchen on the Plaza (bar area). HGHH offers engaging discussions on topics like female entrepreneurship, holistic health, integrative nutrition, and mindset practices. The event features guest speakers, wellness activities, exclusive product samplings, and a Q&A session for wellness-related advice. It's a great opportunity to network with like-minded women, while focusing on self-care, personal growth, and building community in a safe, empowering environment. Delicious appetizers from True Food Kitchen are provided.
