When your child is diagnosed with ADHD, it’s normal to go into fix-it mode. But parenting isn’t just about managing your child’s needs - it’s about understanding what you bring to the table, too. In this thought-provoking and compassionate workshop, Dr. Anil Chacko helps you explore how your own neurodivergence, emotional regulation, and executive function shape your parenting and how greater self-awareness can lead to more intentional, connected, and empowering relationships with your kids.
Whether you're newly navigating your child’s diagnosis or coming to terms with your own, this session will guide you through reflective questions, science-backed insights, and actionable steps to help both you and your child flourish.
