Join us for a wholesome Saturday at the Embarcadero! Thanks to Arden Cove, we’re hosting a get together for solopreneurs and friends to start the day right. We’ll do some pilates followed by meditation, and then hanging out over good company and small bites.
10-10:30 am - pilates and stretching with Vanessa Liu, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and ex-Equinox
10:30-11 am - breathwork, yoga nidra (guided meditation), sound bath with Tian Tian Wellness
(please bring your own yoga mat for the above activities)

Who are the founders of Arden Cove? Karin and Carmen are the sister duo who started the bag brand. They're born and raised in the Bay Area!
What is Asian Wander Women? AWW is a vibrant online community dedicated to empowering and connecting women from the Asian diaspora who love travel and business. Cofounder Emily Fang will also be at the event!
