With Hispanic Heritage Month coming to a close, Grid110 is hosting a public event open to all who would like to listen and share in the experiences of Hispanic Entrepreneurs. Whether you are a LatinX founder or an ally to the LatinX community, we would like to create a safe space for LatinX voices to be heard and allys to listen and understand.
You will have the opportunity to listen to our speaker’s stories and share your own experiences or any comments or reflections on what resonates with you. We will also encourage an open and interactive group conversation about any resources and circles that have helped empower you.

Rafael Alvarez is the CEO and Founder of Latinx & Minority Franchise Brands LLC and Minority Fintech LLC. Mr. Alvarez founded ATAX Franchise “The first Latino owned Tax Preparation Franchise in the US” in 1986 with $200, two computers and a fax machine. Mr. Alvarez is a veteran of the Tax Preparation, Payroll and Bookkeeping Industries with 35 years of experience and a Pioneer in the Electronic Filing. In 2005 his Tax Preparation office went completely viral by preparing over 10,000 Personal and 500 Business Tax Returns in his flagship office.

She is the Co-Founder and CEO of 3 Lopez Media Inc, a media company that helps businesses and organizations across the US to tell stories that create and foster meaningful connections using audiovisual, graphic design, and storytelling tools.
