At Impatiently Human, we support positive social health outcomes by creating intentional and practical spaces for connection and conversation that help you feel less stressed and lonely, and more at ease.
What to Expect?
Expect a slow pace, shared meals, some movement or acts of creativity, and time to connect without needing to be “on.” The kind of tired that comes not from doomscrolling or notifications, but from contribution and care—the kind that energises you deep down.
It’s a weekend for for anyone in a bit of an in-between:
Between jobs, ideas, life phases, or just needing a break from being on all the time, for people who like asking questions as much as answering them.

Day Overview
Day 1 - 9:30-17:00

Real talk through guided sessions on storytelling, reflection and creative documentation:
Listen to our guest-storyteller share their insights from their life and work
Gentle nudges to help you reflect and finally make time for things you’ve been putting off
Explore simple ways to document your thoughts and moments through different mediums
We’ll talk about ideas, questions we’re still sitting with, and whatever else comes up.
💗 Why?
Ease into the weekend by arriving as you are, connecting with others, and giving your mind space to slow down and settle in.
📍 Where?
Stockholm "innanför tullarna", close to nature yet easy to get to. Exact location coming soon!
Day 2 - 13:00-21:00
🚶 What?
Movement-based sessions to restore energy and deepen your connection—with yourself and the group:
Silent walk through Nacka reserve based on forest bathing practices
Picnic fika at a scenic spot
Space and prompts for meaningful small-group conversations
A celebratory dinner at a local, sustainability-focused food studio
Reflect and celebrate the weekend with good vibes and new friends.

Start slow, rest well, and return with a full heart—ready to deepen connections, move your body, and recharge in fresh air.
📍 Where?
We'll start at Nackareservatet: One of Stockholm's most attractive and easily accessible nature reserves. (Meeting point shared closer to the date) and end at Cornershop (T-bana: Hammarbyhöjden). Cornershop is a studio that creates space for food-related explorations, cooking with the least possible environmental impact.
Meet your hosts:
Akvile Marciukaityte is drawn to art, architecture, stand-up comedy, running, long conversations, dinner parties, and escaping into nature whenever possible. Her work focuses on helping companies adapt to the future of work: rethinking how they operate, how they build, and how they bring value to people in a world shaped by AI agents and rapid change.
Uditi Shah unwinds through sketching, cooking, working out, hiking and being in nature. Today she focuses on supporting start-ups on their growth journey through tools, workshops and coaching on their business strategy. As a facilitator, she enjoys creating thoughtful gatherings whether running a strategic workshop at the office or a cosy dinner at home.
