​​Tech Breakers presents Techathon 1.0

​​Welcome to the Techathon 1.0, a transformative event designed to drive innovation in workplace learning and development. As part of our exploration into domains, this hackathon invites participants to design cutting-edge, tech-enabled solutions that empower individuals and organizations to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing world.

​Prize:

​​1st Place: upto INR 10000* and a wining certificate signed by Tech breakers

​​All Participants will get a Certificate of Participation.

​

​Process of form filling:

  1. ​​Only the team leader is required to apply in this form.

  2. ​​Please make sure to select the correct team size and fill all necessary details of each member in the application form

  3. ​​Only the leader shall receive automated communications. Please make sure to inform your team members.    

​Objectives:

  • ​​Design innovative solutions for personalized learning.

  • ​​Integrate emerging technologies like AI, AR/VR, and other tech into education system.

  • ​​Develop practical tools to address upskilling and reskilling challenges in this era.

  • ​​Create scalable frameworks that align organizational goals with effective learning methodologies.

  1. ​​AI and Personalization
    Build adaptive learning platforms that customize experiences for individual learners.

  2. ​​Immersive Training
    Design AR/VR-powered simulations for hands-on, immersive employee training.

  3. ​​other tech in Learning
    Develop engaging, tech learning frameworks that boost participation and knowledge retention.

  4. ​​Analytics and ROI
    Create tools leveraging data analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and improve ROI.

​Techathon 1.0 Format:

​​Team Size:

  • ​​Minimum: 2 participants

  • ​​Maximum: 4 participants

​​Timeline:

  • ​​PPT Submission: before 27 January 2025, 10:30 AM

  • ​Selected Teams name:  27 January 2025, 03:00 PM (Telegram)

  • ​PPT Presentation: 28 January 2025, 10:00 AM (google Meet)

​​Techathon 1.0 FAQ:

​

  • ​You have to describe your ppt within 5min. 

  • ​Total 12 teams will be selected to present their idea

  • ​Submit your idea/ppt through google forms

  • ​selected team and their members names will be published on Telegram Channel
