The Experience Studio: The Art of Inquiry

​A key element of leadership is asking the right questions at the right moment. On the most strategic level, questions help us establish goals, norms and action steps. On a deeper level, they create an environment for storytelling and dialogue – things pivotal to engagement, connection and thriving organizational cultures. In this session we will explore the Art of Inquiry, using the 4F’s (Feelings, Facts, Findings, Future) to guide how we ask questions and use inquiry as a meaningful acupuncture point.
