What the heck: open sense-making session

​In which we dig into the data from the What The Heck's Goin' On In Tech project and figure out what we might do next. (https://triggerstrategy.substack.com/p/what-the-hecks-goin-on-in-tech)

​These are open sessions for anyone who's been navigating the shift in the tech world over the past couple of years. The sessions involve looking through rich data visualisations and individual narratives, and discussing in breakout groups.

​We've been looking into issues of personal vs collective agency, the the impact of AI, failures of "command and control" and seedlings of change.

​We spent time with evocative metaphors like “swimming in polluted water”, “piloting the plane while building it” and "riding the most boring rollercoaster".

​Next time, we'll be looking at clusters of outliers: how come some people see things so differently from the majority? What are they experiencing differently?
