Whether you're looking to kickstart your journaling journey or find new ways to invigorate your existing practice, this workshop is all about how to make journaling your own and how to make it enjoyable!

Learn some ways to begin your journaling practice and reduce the barrier to actually getting started.
Get some journaling done in the call! There will be a 5 min body-doubling component so you walk away from session having some momentum.
Pick up some tips on how to make journaling FUN for you and how to make it your own.
There will be a Q&A session at the end for anyone who has burning questions on how to make journaling happen or if you'd like to share what makes your journaling practice successful.
