Get ready to sculpt with Alo at Inspyr Studios with their signature Yoga Sculpt class. We're kicking off the countdown to our Woodfield Mall store opening with an energizing full-body workout led by McKenna.
Class description: All levels workout that combines yoga postures with cardio and strength training to create a full-body workout that burns calories and builds lean muscle.
