The Unspoken Art of Grief

A workshop for anyone daring to explore the messiness that follows something meaningful ending.

Grief isn’t just only about funerals. It’s breakups, identity shifts, lost futures, aging, messy goodbyes, and the weird silence in the echo of something meaningful. This workshop is for anyone daring to explore that space — inbetween what was and the blur of what will be.

Through writing, movement, messy creativity, and honest conversation, we’ll explore how grief actually shows up in everyday life — not just the dramatic moments, but the slow drips. No pressure to fix anything because you are not broken, you are probably griefing. No toxic positivity. Just space to be intrigued, to feel the feel and to fall in love with the weird and messy humanbeings we are.

This workshop is an invitation of finding strength in the softness, expressing the inexpressible, sharing silence, sharing stories and exploring the unspoken art of grief.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A clearer sense of what you’re grieving — and the permission to grief.

  • Creative tools to express the implicit (even if you’re “not an artist”).

  • Insight into your unique grief patterns - and a gentler way of seeing it.

  • Simple body-based practices to ground you when emotions get loud.

  • A new language for what hurts — and what really matters to you.
