About Event

You’re invited to a heartfelt 60-minute discussion created for moms and caregivers navigating life after infertility—when the baby you wanted so badly is finally here, yet the experience feels harder, more overwhelming, or different than you expected. Many parents find themselves grieving the gap between what they imagined and what is, all while battling guilt for feeling anything less than grateful. This conversation will help normalize these emotions and create space for compassion, healing, and reconciling expectations.

Led by Dr. Andrea Liner, PsyD, licensed clinical psychologist, and Alli Bankston, Navara's Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C), this event will explore the complexities of parenthood after infertility and offer practical ways to work through these feelings.

What to Expect:

The Emotional Aftermath of Infertility
Understand why feelings of struggle, overwhelm, or regret can surface even after achieving the dream of parenthood.

Grieving the Gap Between Expectation and Reality
Learn how to acknowledge and process the difference between your imagined parenthood and the day-to-day reality.

Releasing the "Bad Parent" Narrative
Explore how to challenge guilt, self-criticism, and the belief that struggling means you’re ungrateful or failing.

Real Conversations, Real Validation
Join a safe and judgment-free space where you can openly share or simply listen to others who truly understand this unique experience.

Free Post-Event Resources
All registrants will receive a curated set of resources and tools designed to help support ongoing emotional well-being.
