Julie Pauley has spent most of her career helping SMEs to access a range of funded business support programmes. Whilst working as a previous Business Adviser she supported all aspects of business planning and, as a previous Innovation Adviser for various companies she has helped businesses with their innovation grant applications. 

Julie has also run her own business support consultancy supporting numerous small to medium companies to engage with large corporates.

A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, the Institute of Consulting and the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Simon is an Innovation Management specialist with a broad commercial background covering a variety of technology-based sectors including the Creative Industries. He has worked with organisations both within the UK and internationally and delivered business coaching and training under various Government programmes along with a range of Masterclass seminars for a diverse range of business events and organisations including Cambridge University and and The Department of Business and Trade. Simon’s training video on The Marketing Mix has received over 400k views on YouTube and is used as recommended reference material in a range of Marketing courses at educational institutes both in the UK and internationally. Simon currently leads a team of Innovation Growth Specialists who provide funded Innovation support to SMEs across the East of England to help them innovate, internationalise and grow.
