Susan is an Executive Function Coach, and the Outreach Coordinator of Florida, for Beyond BookSmart. Susan builds professional relationships by providing resources and assisting in presentations to help clinicians better accommodate the needs of their clients with Executive Function difficulties. Prior to joining Beyond BookSmart, Susan had a career in both the public and private schools systems that has spanned over 25 years. During this time, she had the opportunity to apply her passions toward serving students with significant social, emotional, behavioral and/or learning difficulties, which ultimately led to making a difference in many of their lives. Susan has an MS/BS degree from Florida State University in Special Education.

Bio: Janice Caine
For Janice, college visit planning began when she was researching colleges with her daughter Brittany in 2007. An international meeting and travel planner by trade, Janice found that the world of college searches wasn’t very different.
The idea for starting a company that offered customized college tour itineraries came into focus when friends sought out Janice’s expertise.
Word got around and in 2010 Janice started focusing on Custom College Visits full-time. Since then, she has had the privilege of assisting families from the U.S. and overseas pave a successful road to college.
Having spent many years building customized travel itineraries, and knowing from personal experience how stressful planning a multi-day college trip can be, Janice focuses on the specific needs of each family. Whether Skyping with a teen about on-campus arrangements, emailing a parent about the itinerary, or checking in during a trip, Janice is there to provide one-on-one guidance and support.
