About the Hosts
We're excited to announce that ArchJobs founder, Aylin Round, and Chartered Architect Jason Boyle have joined forces to deliver a series of Masterclasses, leveraging their combined expertise to provide invaluable insights and guidance to aspiring architects and professionals in the field.

Aylin Round brings to the table her extensive experience as a recruiter and the founder of an exceptional job board within the architecture industry. With her keen understanding of what companies seek from employees, Aylin is uniquely positioned to offer practical advice on your application documents and strategies for navigating the job market effectively.

On the other hand, Jason Boyle, a Fellow of the RIBA with 24 years of experience as a Senior Architect, offers a wealth of industry connections and insights into the hiring process. His expertise in architecture, coupled with his firsthand experience as a hiring manager, provides participants with invaluable insights into the skills and qualities sought after by employers.

Why have we decided to offer Masterclasses?
We understand how daunting and confusing the job search can be, with so many unknowns. Considering this, we brainstormed ways to help more architectural professionals benefit from our insights and experiences, leading to the idea of a series of Masterclasses.

Since we both offer tailored career coaching sessions, we recognise that these sessions may not be feasible for every architectural professional due to high costs, especially for those still studying. We believe these Masterclasses will provide a more accessible opportunity for professionals to join, learn, and advance in their careers.

The 1.5-hour-long online Masterclass is priced at £25 per ticket, offering incredible value for money considering the wealth of knowledge and expertise shared by Aylin and Jason. It's important to note that we charge for these Masterclasses to cover our time and resources invested in delivering high-quality content. Additionally, the ticket price includes a dynamic Q&A session where participants can engage directly with the experts and seek personalised advice.

In summary, Aylin Round and Jason Boyle's joint Masterclasses provide a unique opportunity for architectural professionals to learn from industry experts, gain valuable insights, and take their careers in architecture to the next level. We're excited to embark on this journey with you and look forward to supporting you on your professional path.

Please note: This is not a tailored masterclass, we will be providing a broad overview. If you are looking for more one-on-one support, please contact either Aylin or Jason, who are both offering private coaching sessions.
