• ​Make your own copy of Issue / Proposed Solution template (1-1).

• ​Rename it with your name in the title, as well as the subject.  If you want to bring up a confidential or sensitive subject and want to remain anonymous, please substitute your initial for your last name, or just list the subject matter with no name.

• ​Paste it into our MM class doc here.

• ​We'll notify you if you've been selected for live coaching!
