Agents for Healthcare and Life Sciences on AWS - In this hands on workshop you will explore how agentic workflows powered by large language models (LLMs) in Amazon Bedrock can enhance complex oncology research. You will learn how AI-driven agents leverage planning, tool-use, and self-reflection to transform intricate research queries into actionable insights.
Protein Engineering with GenAI on AWS - In this hands-on workshop, you will explore how to deploy and run generative AI models to scale protein engineering on AWS. We will demonstrate how to generate novel protein sequences using models such as Progen2, and then validate the functional and structural properties of the generated sequences using models like Amplify and ESMFold. You will learn several practical approaches to AI model deployment and explore their advantages.
This workshop is intended for builders interested in learning how to build Generative AI applications on AWS and does not require previous experience with Machine Learning. Knowledge of Python and familiarity with Jupyter notebooks is recommended. Participants must bring their own laptop to this workshop.
