​About the speakers:

• ​Sara Hoxhaj began her career in recruiting, transitioned into Learning & Development, and now coaches people through career and life transitions. She works with high-achieving, globally minded individuals who find themselves at turning points, whether changing careers, stepping into leadership, or rethinking what success really means. Having lived these transitions herself, she blends deep personal insight with professional training as a certified coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner, and L&D specialist with a background in psychology.

• ​Melissa Silveiro is a proud lifelong learner who transitioned to corporate learning in 2022, following a career in secondary education where she taught inclusion high school classes. She is the most senior member of her team, has trained over 400 professionals and is well versed in end-to-end learning solutions—from conducting needs assessments and setting objectives to building curriculum, designing assessments, and facilitating impactful programs. Melissa also serves as one of the co-leaders of her company’s international LGBTQ+ community resource group. Her mission is to cultivate genuine connections and foster a culture of belonging wherever she goes.

• ​Kate Taylor is a seasoned L&D professional with a strong track record in leadership development, corporate education, and compliance. Most recently, she led leadership development for TikTok’s Trust & Safety team, ensuring talent growth aligned with business objectives, and on May 19th she will be starting with Okta as their Principal L&D Partner for EMEA. With expertise in financial crime and corporate governance, Kate brings a strategic approach to empowering people and organisations.
