Join us for an exclusive pre-event meet-up as part of the ChangeNOW Summit, the ChangeNOW Planet Week in Paris. Here, members of the Employee Climate Action Network (ECAN) will come together to highlight employee activism as a powerful lever for real change.

Gain insights from a diverse panel of experts who will share practical examples, tools, and resources to inspire and equip employees to drive climate action within their organisations.

Hosted at the Climate House, organising hosts Creatives for Climate, WorkforClimate, The Undercover Activist, Les Collectifs, Green Teams Network, and ECAN invite you to learn about the movement, meet your allies, and get equipped!

  • ​​Lucy von Sturmer,  Founder & CEO of Creatives for Climate,  a global network for creative climate action spanning over 5,500 direct members across 90 countries and a fast scaling alliance of ethical agencies dedicated to climate solutions. Lucy is a climate communications expert, business activist, and impact entrepreneur.

  • ​​Maren Costa, an activist/organizer, then a big tech worker, then an activist/organizer inside big tech and then an organizer outside of big Tech. She recently ran for public office and was in the documentary, Buy Now: The Shopping Conspiracy. Maren is a keynote speaker at ChangeNOW. 

  • ​​Katelyn Prendiville, Head of Engagement at WorkforClimate, a non-profit organisation helping professionals amplify their climate impact by transforming their companies from the inside out. Prior to WorkforClimate, she co-founded and led a tech startup helping organisations mobilise their employees to deliver on their sustainability commitments.

  • ​​Susanne Blazejewski, founder of the Green Teams Network, a growing German non-profit organisation empowering employees who want to engage in sustainability action at their workplaces. She is also a professor for sustainability organisation and workplace design.

  • Antoine Julien, a board member of Les Collectifs, a charity federating collectives of engaged employees, and promoting this form of sustainability-oriented action in the workplace.

  • ​​Moderated by Tessa Wernink, Fairphone co-founder and more recently founder of the Undercover Activist, a learning hub for employee-led change. European Strategy Lead for WorkforClimate and co-initiator of the Employee Climate Action Network. Tessa is putting employee-led change on the map as a powerful driver for positive change.
