About Event

Join Jaclyn for a 60 minute vinyasa slow flow. Filled with creative transitions, challenging asanas, and space for mindfulness.

​Together you will work through discomfort to better understand your body and learn your limitations. Where there’s discomfort, there’s growth.

​Jaclyn’s main focus when guiding each class is to channel intentional breathing to fuel movement.
