About Event

Join CRC Co-Lead Sue Dorward and a panel of CRC judges as they discuss what makes a great CDR project, pitfalls to avoid, and general submission advice, with lots of time to answer your questions. 

We are thrilled to have an all-star panel, with Joanna Klitzke from Frontier (San Francisco, CA, USA), seasoned CRC judge Grant Faber from US Department of Energy (Washington DC, USA), and Shreeya Shukla from Pi Green Innovations (New Delhi, India).

Shreeya is a Specialist in ESG & Net Zero at Pi Green Innovations, a climate tech company. She leads sales and strategy for carbon (CCUS) & particulate matter reduction technologies. With extensive experience in industrials sector & ESG, she is a trusted advisor, speaker, and thought leader in climate action, contributing to global forums & strategic consulting. 

Grant has worked in carbontech since 2018 across academia, startups, and government with a particular focus on direct air capture and techno-economic and life cycle assessment. He has been a judge for the OpenAir Carbon Removal Challenge for the past couple of years and is passionate about spreading the gospel of carbon removal.

Joanna leads procurement and ecosystem strategy at Frontier, an advance market commitment to buy a billion dollars of permanent carbon removal by 2030, funded by Stripe, Alphabet, Shopify, Meta, McKinsey, and a broader coalition of buyers. Prior to building Frontier, Joanna worked across supply chain decarbonization with Nike’s Global Sustainability team, climate innovation with early-stage startups, and strategy with BCG.
