​This workshop explores practical enterprise applications of Large Language Models (LLMs), from automating customer support and internal workflows to enabling natural language queries, content generation, and smart knowledge retrieval. You’ll discover how AI-driven tools like Amazon DevOps Guru and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can transform IT operations and business processes.

​This workshop shows how to build a career chatbot using Amazon Bedrock and foundation models like Claude or Titan. You’ll see how generative AI can answer career questions, give resume tips, suggest learning paths, and simulate interview practice—all through natural conversation. The session explains the key building blocks such as prompt design and how Bedrock makes it easy to use powerful AI models securely, without needing deep technical setup.

​Jagatees is a freelance Software Engineer in Singapore who helps businesses launch secure, scalable web & mobile solutions powered by Generative AI, Next.js, React and AWS. Sebastian Ng is an Applied AI student at Singapore Institute of Technology, specialising in practical machine learning solutions. He is proficient in Python, data analysis, and AI frameworks, with a keen focus on transforming theoretical knowledge into real-world applications. Sebastian is passionate about technological innovation and continuous learning."
