​Washington’s negative turn on climate, not to mention venture’s retreat in the category, has rocked the climate tech startup category to the core. But there are still great companies raising early rounds and thriving thanks to breakthrough technologies that will displace carbon-intensive incumbents on market advantages alone. 

​As part of New York Climate Week (NYCW), come and meet 20 of those companies, all graduates of or in-residence at SOSV’s Hard Tech program, HAX, in Newark, NJ.

​HAX is the world’s first and most active program focused on pre-seed, hard tech startups working on sustainability across climate, industrial automation and human health. With a flagship 35,000 square foot facility in Newark, recently announced plans for HAX Plasma Forge in Princeton, plus offices in Shenzhen, Pune and Tokyo, our program provides 6-month collaborative residency, hands-on engineering support, and an initial investment package of $500,000.
