What This Is: The AI-Speed Intensive is a one-day workshop where FlytBase completely opens its doors to share our organizational transformation playbook. Over the past year, we've fundamentally restructured how we operate—moving from traditional 6-10 person teams to 2-3 person units that ship in days instead of months. This intensive shows you exactly how we did it.
This is our living playbook—work-in-progress frameworks, ongoing experiments, honest failure stories, and the specific methods we use to operate at AI-speed across every function. We'll share our actual metrics, show you our real processes, and facilitate cross-breeding of ideas where participants learn from each other's experiments.
