​Dyma sesiwn gan brosiect ‘Catalydd Cymru – Ehangu Gorwelion’ CGGC. Mae ehangu gorwelion mudiadau’n hanfodol os ydynt eisiau ehangu eu rhwydweithiau a’u cyrhaeddiad er mwyn bod yn fwy cynhwysol a hygyrch i gymunedau amrywiol. Yn ei dro, mae hyn hefyd yn cyfrannu at fagu gwydnwch gwell. Mae’r sesiwn hon yn cynnig cyfle i glywed am y gwersi ar gynhwysiant a ddysgwyd gan fudiadau treftadaeth a gymerodd ran ym mhrosiect Catalydd Cymru. Bydd yn cynnwys cyflwyniad i’r pecyn cymorth ‘ehangu eich rhwydweithiau’ dwyieithog sydd newydd ei ddatblygu a chyfle i rannu dulliau gweithredu ymarferol y gallech eu mabwysiadu yn eich mudiad eich hun.

​This is a session from WCVA’s ‘Catalyst Cymru – Broadening Horizons' project. Broadening the horizons of organisations is vital if they want to widen their networks and reach in order to be more inclusive and accessible to diverse communities. In turn, this also contributes to building better resilience. This session offers an opportunity to hear about lessons learnt on inclusion by heritage organisations that took part in the Catalyst Cymru project. It will include an introduction to the newly developed bilingual ‘widening your networks’ toolkit and share practical approaches that you could adopt in your own organisation.
