Each session, facilitated by Sara Anderson, delves into significant issues, aiming to uncover the underlying challenges and opportunities faced by women in tech
Event Format: Our events begin with a short 40-minute lightning talk discussion on a selected topic, led by Sara Anderson alongside two guest speakers. Followed by a 10-minute Q&A and 2 rounds of deep facilitated networking. This discussion is designed to peel back the layers of usual tech conversations, reaching into the core of real, vulnerable experiences. Following the panel, the event features two rounds of actionable group networking, allowing participants to translate insights into concrete actions and collaborations. The evening rounds off with open networking, providing a space for spontaneous connections and support.
