Immersive Ecstatic Dance at Palma Coliving with Andrea Lacoste
On Sunday, May 11th, I’m hosting a very special open-air Ecstatic Dance session in the garden of Palma Co-Living, with an epic view over all of Barcelona.
We’ll dance into the sunset in a fully immersive experience using AURA headphones, allowing the music to move through your entire body.
We’ll kick off with a boost of energy from Good Spark Energy Drinks, opening the body and setting the tone. After dancing, we’ll stick around for snacks, drinks, and good connection in the garden.
The session will be guided in English, but the real language is movement.

El domingo 11 de mayo te invito a una experiencia muy especial de Ecstatic Dance al aire libre, en el jardín de Palma Co-Living, con una vista increíble de toda Barcelona.
Vamos a bailar al atardecer con una sesión inmersiva de música consciente, usando los auriculares AURA, que te harán sentir cada sonido como si estuviera dentro de ti.
Arrancamos con un boost de energía gracias a Good Spark Energy Drinks, para activar el cuerpo y soltar el día. Al final, nos quedamos a compartir algo de picar, beber algo rico y disfrutar del espacio entre todas y todos.
Este evento será guiado en inglés, pero el lenguaje más importante será el del cuerpo.
