​Janette Marx has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years. In 2014, she joined Swift Worldwide Resources as COO and led the integration of Swift and Air Energi, who merged to form Airswift in 2016.

​As CEO of Airswift since June 2018, Janette is focused on growing the company to become the number one provider for its customers and the employer of choice for its employees. She has the perfect balance of operational experience and passion for customer care.

​Since she joined the leadership team, Airswift has expanded exponentially, growing geographically, and having gained market share in key adjacent industries.

​Prior to joining Airswift, Janette spent 19 years at Adecco ultimately running the engineering, technical, medical, and science divisions.
