About CircularIT Ventures: We're building a debt-fund model to support climate hard-tech startups without personal guarantee or burdensome collateral requirements. The idea is from microfinance: 5-year credit lines for a cohort of project-stage startups willing to cross-guarantee one another with warrants on their stock. In other words, instead of just avoiding losses, we want to earn enough on an exit or two to cover them.
